DannyOng's Final Post

During PE this year , I have noticed I made significant improvements in my fitness and also knowledge of how/what to do to keep healthy. First off with my attendance , I have never missed a single PE day and I forgot my PE strip about 2 times , which were all in September. I enjoy active learning , so I always bring a positive attitude and enjoyed to do any type of physical activity. Throughout the year I have mad many changes to my fitness , I make sure I stretch before and after my workouts and I try my best to do stuff outdoors. I also learned how to pace myself during runs and to set a goal before doing something. For example , during beep test , instead of thinking that I won't do that good I set a goal that was really high. Doing this I was able to achieve a personal best of 12.11 on my beep test. I made these changes because I feel much more energized when I'm doing something physical outside and to set a good goal to focus on. For example , running laps and playing sports I make sure I pace myself and to keep striving to become better the next day. I contribute to my class dynamic by helping clean up equipment and not fool around before the teachers arrive, also because I help point where our class is if someone doesn't know. For me, to be physically educated is to know how to know your limits and how your body works. Being physically educated also means you have to know how to regulate your fitness throughout the entire week and being able to know what to do to keep yourself healthy/physical. Some barriers that might keep me from being healthy is that sometimes I get a bit lazy and not want to give it my all. Other than that, I have no barriers. I do something physical almost single day , some of these physical activities include , walking home from school , playing sports with friends/family ETC.

In conclusion I think I deserve an "A" , my physical performance has greatly increased and my knowledge of physical education has also increased.  Me doing pull-ups on a soccer net.
Me doing side shuffles while passing a basketball back and forth with my friend Justin Luwarin. I did this to help improve my stamina , balance and speed.
Me doing pushups. I did this to improve strength and endurance.

  1. Thanks Danny. Your pics aren't working on my computer but that's okay. I think your fitness scores are a tribute to your willingness to work hard. I have also noticed you maturing and leaving some of the silliness from earlier in the year behind, while maintaining a positive and playful energy. Keep it up next year. :)
