DannyOng's Final Post

During PE this year , I have noticed I made significant improvements in my fitness and also knowledge of how/what to do to keep healthy. First off with my attendance , I have never missed a single PE day and I forgot my PE strip about 2 times , which were all in September. I enjoy active learning , so I always bring a positive attitude and enjoyed to do any type of physical activity. Throughout the year I have mad many changes to my fitness , I make sure I stretch before and after my workouts and I try my best to do stuff outdoors. I also learned how to pace myself during runs and to set a goal before doing something. For example , during beep test , instead of thinking that I won't do that good I set a goal that was really high. Doing this I was able to achieve a personal best of 12.11 on my beep test. I made these changes because I feel much more energized when I'm doing something physical outside and to set a good goal to focus on. For example , running laps and playing sports I make sure I pace myself and to keep striving to become better the next day. I contribute to my class dynamic by helping clean up equipment and not fool around before the teachers arrive, also because I help point where our class is if someone doesn't know. For me, to be physically educated is to know how to know your limits and how your body works. Being physically educated also means you have to know how to regulate your fitness throughout the entire week and being able to know what to do to keep yourself healthy/physical. Some barriers that might keep me from being healthy is that sometimes I get a bit lazy and not want to give it my all. Other than that, I have no barriers. I do something physical almost single day , some of these physical activities include , walking home from school , playing sports with friends/family ETC.

In conclusion I think I deserve an "A" , my physical performance has greatly increased and my knowledge of physical education has also increased.  Me doing pull-ups on a soccer net.
Me doing side shuffles while passing a basketball back and forth with my friend Justin Luwarin. I did this to help improve my stamina , balance and speed.
Me doing pushups. I did this to improve strength and endurance.

To Mr.Neufeld

I have shown that I am willing to participate every PE day and pretty much everyday I give roughly the same amount of effort. I never forget my gym strip and I bring runners every time. I especially like to compete harder in competitive activities such as basketball. I try my best to bring a positive attitude to class and I believe it has been going really well. During fitness days, I definitely push myself to the point where I am sweating like a pig. My favourite fitness is anything that has to do with the outdoors such as hill run. Some goals that I would like to keep reaching for, is to add fitness to my everyday life including weekends and after school. I am most proud that I am able to come every class and be able to handle the intense workouts and that I don't give up on fitness days.

In conclusion I think I deserve an "A" for my report card. Here is some digital evidence.

Danny Ong mid-term

From Danny,
I believe I deserve an "A" for my report card. I think I deserve this mark because I always bring my P.E. strip and a positive attitude to class. I don't fool around and do stuff that is inappropriate. Since I love fitness , I always give my all during those days and I have reached many goals I wanted to achieve. Such as playing outside more and getting better at basketball. Before June I would improve my fitness by walking home from school everyday because I feel like I should take advantage of the nice weather.
